I have has over a decade of experience in the design, development and optimization of industrial utilities and manufacturing process systems. I am capable of taking your project from initial conception through process definition, engineering, design, installation and final startup and validation. No matter the complexity of your project I have the resources to support the effort. My experience includes Micro-susceptible design, flammable/combustible material handling, and the advanced mathematical modeling of complex processes.


2D AND 3D PIPE DESIGN

Develop all pipe routing in 3D to provide a
visualization of the routing prior to fabrication.
Complete 2D Isometric drawings are then pulled from
the initial 3D drawing

P&IDS AND PFDS

Starts all process projects with the development of
a complete set of P&IDs and PFDs to ensure that all
inputs to the system are completely understood

MICRO SUSCEPTIBLE DESIGN

Design and fabrication of micro susceptible process
systems to meet the most stringent requirements and
ensuring the capability to clean and sanitize in place

FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE

Experienced in the development of systems to
handle Fammable and combustible material ensuring
that all safety requirements are met. Hazardous
classifications drawings are completed in 3D to ensure
a complete understanding of the affected zones
